During his time, he has practised in Ireland, British Columbia and Ontario. He has had experience in working with Athletic/Sports injuries, Pregnancy, Families and Paediatrics. Dr. Shariff has also treated patients at Anishnawbe Health and Native Wellness Center, which serviced much of Toronto's aboriginal and homeless community. His diversity and philosophy has allowed for him to provide optimal chiropractic care to each and every individual. As a doctor and an avid athlete, Dr. Rodrigues understands the importance of body optimization and peak performance. Dr. Rodrigues uses chiropractic techniques combined with knowledge in fitness assessment and spinal rehabilitation to help clients restore healthy spinal functions and hence body optimization. In addition to having treated clients of all ages including children, Dr. Rodrigues has done rehabilitation work with spinal chord injured patients. Dr. Rodrigues has performed fitness assessment on firefighters and professional athletes including the Maple Leafs team.

Laura graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2001 and has excelled in practice around the GTA in a variety of multidisciplinary health clinics. In 2003 she found a clinic to call “home” at In Great Hands Chiropractic and Wellness Centre. She now treats all kinds of conditions from headaches, fatigue and stress to tendonitis, low back and neck strain and motor vehicle accident injuries. Laura is continuing her education at Athabasca University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Science with an emphasis in Human Sciences.

Over the years, Dr. Collier has worked with a variety of issues with her patients, including: anxiety/panic, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, pain management, coping with chronic illness and injuries, history of emotional/physical/sexual abuse, loss and grief, and coping with significant life changes. Dr. Collier maintains a health-oriented approach, working with clients to maximize their potential. Treatment services are individualized to address each client's difficulties and personality style, keeping in mind the context within which they live their lives. Utilizing a basic caring, respectful approach, Dr. Collier draws from a broad range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioural, insight-oriented, interpersonal, humanistic, and supportive therapy. Dr. Collier strives to increase clients' awareness of the issues they face, the underlying reasons behind their behaviour and decisions, and the obstacles that may prevent them from making positive changes in their lives to allow them to cope better.
