Your initial visit for Massage Therapy will be no less than 45 minutes in order for your Massage Therapist to get an overview of your past and current health condition and to determine your needs and expectations before we begin your Massage Therapy treatment. As well as this assessment you will receive Massage Therapy treatment during this appointment.
After your treatment your Massage Therapist will consult with you briefly in order to discuss the best plan for your treatment. This may include necessary home exercises and hydrotherapy, referrals to other professionals and a recommendation for future Massage Therapy treatments. As your life and physical condition change our recommendations will change to reflect your needs.
